Impact Pricing and Impact Pricing University is available online. For renewing customers with existing accounts, access is granted through the existing account. New customers will need to set up an account to access the pricing education offered through Impact Pricing University. Simply follow the instructions in the email you’ll receive shortly after purchase. Our services do not include any products that need to be shipped.
Consulting services are fulfilled through the arrangement between the customer and company consultant, and the consultant will email the customer within 1 business day of completion of these consultation orders to begin a conversation about this arrangement.
Impact Pricing sells auto-renewable subscription services on their annual All Access Impact University course membership. Cancellation of services is available by emailing [email protected] with a request to cancel. Cancelations will be completed and further charges will not be processed within 24 hours of the request.
Customers will generally receive a refund for products and services if requested within 15 days of purchase. The customer needs to provide, in writing, a reason for dissatisfaction with the product or service by way of and email sent directly to [email protected] or website contact form. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
